when we took our last cruise we took 80.00 in ones...and tipped each person according to service..we also had the tips that were added on our sail and sign card..I love the idea about calling cards..never thought of that..would definitely help the staff on the ship...but 1 question..we took a calling card when we went to cozumel..tried to use it to call home check on the kids and our beloved dog...(she was pouting when she saw the suitcases beside the door) well we could not use the calling card to call home... it had to be one from Mexico?? dont know why?? anyways will the staff be able to use them??

Thanks...that is great...We may even be able to afford to take my Mother..she has always wanted to go on one..she has only been on a gambling cruise....And she informed us when we got back in April...that she would be with us on the next one..even if she had to stowe away in luggage..lol

Sorry to sound dumb or possibly repetitious if already asked...Hubby and I are totally hooked on cruising since we took our first in April..OMG You All are sooo Right about having post cruise depression..We went to beach last weekend and just the sound of the waves got me excited..ya know that excitement yo get when you board the ship ...anyways..we are wanting to go on another cruise...this time with our 2 sons..age 11 and 14...heres the question...is there any kind of discount for kids under 18 or do they charge per room..do they room with us...I guess what I mean is..if they charge say 600 per person per room..do they charge 600 per kid as well?? I don't care if it ends up being an inside room..(although I would really love a balcony)..as long as its a ship,,ya know...Any help you could give me would be appreciated..I would like to go carnival..(cheaper) and we enjoyed it...

WELL HERE I AM JUST 4 LONGGGGGG DAYS TIL WE LEAVE ON OUR FIRST CRUISE..CARNIVAL INSPIRATION....COZUMEL..I AM SITTING HERE AT WORK JUST TRYING TO MUSTER UP THE WILL TO DO ANYTHING....WE DIDN'T PLAN AN EXCURSION JUST DECIDED TO DO SOME SNORKELING...AND TOUR ON OUR OWN..ANY IDEAS OF WHERE THE GOOD SPOTS ARE..PLEASE LET ME KNOW..THANKS

omg!!!!!! I guess I have nothing to complain about...lol I could not imagine 5c then -20..how in the h@&& do you stay warm?? I will sooo shut up about our Fl weather..lol..I have Never seen snow so just a little jealous..but I could not handle the cold like that...thanks everyone for making me quit feel sorry for myself..I will take our 30 degrees anyday over what yall have..lmao

well we had a beautiful weekend...Here comes the storms and cold weather again...gonna be in the 30's Tuesday Night (AGAIN)...(although I will be saying in May thru Sept...I wish it was cooler...) I am sooo ready for Warm weather to be here and stay for a while...we just got our pool cleared up..lol I know how the weather is here in Fl..but am I the only one sick of this cold??

Happy to hear your so close to your bon voyage...I can understand how your feeling though..sad thing is..with me it is actual family bein nasty towards us..(dear hubby's sister)..something we have literally been saving towards for over 6 mos..and she cannot show the least bit of happiness for us..just comments like..Hmm must be nice..(but very sarcastically) or well some of us choose to do more responsible things with our money...(???) don't ask still don't understand that comment..( after all we have scrimped and saved..to do this for each other)..and then the 1 comment that really bothered me...I could Never Go on Vacation without taking MY children...this is the first thing we have done together in 13 years, since we had our first child..they go out to dinner with us on our Anniversary..Valentines Day...Birthdays...We Never go without them..anyways you get my point...SO I SAY SCREW WHAT YOUR FELLOW CO-WORKERS SAY..JUST HAVE A GREAT VACATION..YOU ARE ENTITLED TO IT!!!!!!!!!
