i agree also, my next trip to Little Rock I am going to go by the Capitol. also check in with some of my friends in "high political places" and see what i can come up with...maybe get a state flag flown over the capitol! LOL anybody want it ?

AND will our (my) travel insurance cover us if we choose to cancel????

OK, you want adult beverages, you have got to go to a "liquor store" or some old timers call them "package stores" back when i was a kid Arkansas had what was called "Blue Laws" a long list of things that could not be sold on Sunday. just about everything except food and other neccesities. I can remember the only time the Malls and stores like Wal-Mart, which was just starting back then, would be open on Sunday would be about the the last 3 Sundays before Christmas. and technically they were breaking the law then but the state overlooked it.

yes, MaryLou...no liquor sales on Sunday...forgot about that!!!!! LOL I have got to stock up on Saturday in Ark too!. I am used to reading about The Skipper and Las Vagas and forgetting about how things are in the rest of the country! LOL

AND I WOULD except at least the cruise line to loan me a jacket and some warm ups! but Andrea you didn't answer Howard's question..."how would you feel about going to Mexico this week?" I think that is a fair question... given those choices..i think i would agree with Howard's premise.. OK....sorry, misunderstood. I would not go into Mexico. But if the ship is diverted I would not be happy either...I would be cold. Yes, I am hard to please P.S. that means...if the ship went ahead and sailed to Mexico AND docked, which I know they aren't, but anyway, I WOULD NOT go into port!

if I left the first of this week from the west coast expecting to go to Mexico and ended up in Canada with nothing but shorts, bathing suit and flip flops packed I wouldn't be happy...
