Consider the sources.... please try and Keep in mind when you read all reviews .. they are the opinions from one or two people discribing their personal feelings at any given point and time.. and for every 1 negative you read no doubt there will be 6 opinions favoring..maybe just not in print.. Thanks Joey & everyone! I do consider the sources, and I also have never taken a bad cruise yet! There are always something that may not go as we intended or hoped for on every cruise. I do like asking about ships or lines that I've not been on, plus, if ever there is information that may alert me to an advantage before going, I of course always appreciate!! (Someone told me of a larger stateroom in a category I was planning on booking once, it was such a bonus!) Thanks everyone for the comments on the Sea Princess. We've decided though, that the Diamond in May 2011 from Bejing to Vancouver was much more exciting itinerary for us.

Thanks Zebra for the info. This weekend, since we had a long one, we were looking at the time frame plus what itineraries are during that time. The Sea Princess looked intriguing, but there is also a fabulous itinerary on the Diamond also at the same time....decisions, decisions!

My fella & I are looking at a 21 day cruise May 1, 2010, starting at Barbados and ending up in San Fran. Lot's of Sea Days!! Has anyone been on this ship lately? Would like to know how rooms are, Mini - Suites, and Suites, and maybe compared to the large Princess ships. We've been on both the Emerald and Sapphire. I've read some discouraging reviews, but mostly they involve circumstances that do not happen on every cruise. I was looking for a general overall experience from cruising on this ship, or from ones that have cruised several times on this ship. Thanks so much in advance.
