  1. Some lines will drop the "single supplement" during off-peak times, and you can have your own cabin, with no "room-mates..." You might want to have your TA check it out.

  4. ANYBODY WANT TO BUY A BRIDGE? Since I moved to Florida, in 1978, it has been very difficult to maintain a bridge I bought, many years ago. It's an older bridge, but well maintained. It connects Brooklyn to lower Manhattan, and, if you wish, you might want to add a toll... I can let it go very cheaply! If you're interested, I also have some land for sale in the western part of Miami-Dade county. It's a beautiful homestead, right near Everglades National Park. If you'd like to see it, let me know and I'll give you a tour.....(Offer not available in rainy season.)

  6. Surinam<>Miles City Miles City Montana got its start when Colonel (later General) Nelson A. Miles was ordered to build a cantonment where the Tongue River flowed into the Yellowstone. The Colonel and his men were sent in response to the Battle of the Little Big Horn, to protect settlers and freight wagons as they passed through the fertile Yellowstone valley. The cantonment was constructed in the fall of 1876 and by spring, a town had sprung up two miles away to provide rest and recreation for the soldiers. In its early years, Miles City was described by those who knew it as a "hoorah" town full of soldiers and cowboys, gamblers and barkeepers and the 'soiled doves' who provided much of town's economic backbone. From the outlaws like Butch Cassidy to the power brokers like Teddy Roosevelt, from Calamity Jane to Morgan Earp, from school marms to cattle rustlers, Miles City was home to them all.

  10. ENID = DEXTER Dexter is located in the beautiful wooded hills of southeastern Cowley County [CL] on highway K-15. The town is on the side of the valley overlooking Grouse Creek and some of the streets slope dramatically. An historical marker south of town at US 166 and K-15 describes the discovery of helium in the area in the early 1900s. There are historic images online from the WSU library, and information about the early history of Dexter from the 1883 Cutlers History of Kansas is also available.
