Well I think if your going to become a TA you need to be organized..and even if she has 100 clients I'm sure they all are not sailing the same month I am...
Plus I'm sure if she emails all her clients to say if they get any more rate drop she has to take some of the cabin credit away to compensate her commission..she won't have any left to plan things for..
Then are many other blunders including calling our home and saying who she was on the answering machine when it was a surprise..
Then b/c she didn't do her job right in booking , things go messed up and our reserv was lost...
Thus we scrambled to find new cabins...
I think when your new to the Cruising world and you get the TA from hell, it doesn't make things even slightly enjoyable to plan...
Live and learn, and maybe stick to land vacations..lol.. :wink:
