Hey Tut, I know RC's Rhapsody of the Seas goes there (Ocho Rios) on a 7 day cruise out of Galveston. The other ports are Grand Cayman & Cozumel.

Sorry for the confusion.... Yeah, I was just trying to see if there was anyway to book a cruise w/o the double occupancy. I will also check on the single passenger services that put someone else in the room. Thanks for the input! :smiley:

It is a HUGE list!!! There are about 5-10 that I know I will use. I especially like: 30) You can order anything on the dining room menus thru room service. & 272) When the line at the pool bar is long, and you are thirsty, stroll over to the rail, stare off to the horizon and exclaim "look....whales!" :grin:

I'm trying to settle in on some shore excursions in Cayman. I know for sure the Stingray City tour. I was also wondering, how easy or difficult is it to drive in Cayman? The island isn't big, and I'd like to go at my own pace and see what I want to see. Thanks!

Thanks to all who helped me decide on either the Conquest or Rhapsody. I decided to go on the Conquest on Sept 17. I don't know why I booked during a hurricane month, but hey, we'll see what happens. CAN'T WAIT! Thanks again to all the 'Crazies! :cool:

I am in the same boat you are...I was to go on the Conquest in June, but have to move back to late Aug-early Sept to go. I am also trying to decide on either Rhapsody or Conquest. I've been on Carnival before, just not the Conquest. I have never been on a R.Caribbean ship before. Any input from people that can compare would be great! Thanks!

I'm actually going out in June. It is going out of Galveston. I've taken a cruise out of galveston before. They have done their best to accommodate all of the people and have done a wonderful job. Last cruise I went on I was in line for embarkation for all of 15-20 minutes. I was asking about the Conquest because I've only been on Carnival before and was thinking about trying Royal Caribbean. But I love Carnival and I think the Conquest would be fun. So I decided on that. And sewut51, is it the 7 day cruise to Jamaica, George Town, Cozumel? If it is, that's the route I'm taking. Hope you have a wonderful time. Let me know how it is when you get back and any tips on excursions and stuff. Hope ya'll have a blast! :grin:

Hello all! I am planning a cruise on the Conquest. Was wondering if anybody has been on it and if so, what the experience was like.
