YOU DON'T SNORKEL!! Smoo - what's up with that? There is so much to see!! I am an advanced certified diver - with certifications in stress diving, under water nature & underwater photography. It is one of the first things I check out when we plan a trip!! EVEN IN ALASKA!! L I'm not real big about seeing what's in the water with me....*LOL*....but I've decided I want to try it. Maybe you can teach me while we're in Mexico. I want to do it the first time from the beach. Not from a boat. I head Las Gatas has some snorkeling. That's a deal!! Do you swim?? yeah....not that I am a strong, professional type swimmer....but I can stay afloat!

Linda, this looks awesome. I am going to have to work on Rex, so we can join you all. He does not like heights at all. He even sat on the floor to ride the tram up at ST Thomas. Don't tell him I told you all that. Actually he has gotten much better over the years and I think I can convince him to do this. I will run it by him tonight. Vicky, it looks like you have done quite a bit of planning. I will have to head over to the ports of call and check it out. As it gets closer I'll have even more info. Not that any one has to do the same things I want to do. But I think it would be fun if we all could do some activities together!

Linda, et al......we don't have to do the tour to make reservations. I figured we could just have Rosie take us there since she's already gonna have us. The people I've talked to have called the restaurant directly about 3 months before their cruise and made reservations for however many people. You pay a flat rate for the dinner and then pick an item off each list on the menu. After the show we can have Rosie take us back to the ship. That way we don't have to go back to the ship to wait for taxis to come pick us up. Whadda ya'll think?

What the heck is going on in here while I was gone....I see the estrogen alarms were going off again yesterday.....LOL Bill I have found when this happens it is best to retreat to the cantina & break out the shine, & await male reinforcements! Shield charms & jinks won't work on them when they are in packs....lol(Tink will get this one)...lol LOL There isn't a counterjinx, charm or spell of any kind out there that will work when we're in packs!!! Good morning Pam....go on over to the Ports section of this forum and you can see some of the things I've researched. What I'm leaning to is a tour from "Rosie" during the day in Acapulco finishing off with dinner at La Perla, with reserved tables right up front, to watch the cliff divers. In Manzanillo we're looking at a resort day at Las Hadas. And it Ixtapa/Zihua going to Las Gatas beach for the day. There's pictures in what I posted also.
