For our Rhapsody cruise a few years ago we stayed at the Galvez a day before and a day after our cruise. http://www.wyndham.com/hotels/GLSHG/main.wnt

It's on the seawall with a great view of the gulf and is filled with history. We flew in so we don't know if they include cruise parking.
