Cruise Clothes

I have a lot of clothes for cruising. Living in Puerto Rico, I only buy summer clothes all year round. Where do you get some of your cute things you wear on cruises? Are there any sites online that offer cute clothes? :cool2:

Hiya jaschem1 My Friend

Me and Annie go to JC Penneys or Kohls and Wallmarts they have great cruising clothes with neat writings on the shirts and they have some good 50 percent off sales at Kohls and Pennys as well they have a big selection and also when we go to the City of where we are sailing out of theres a lot of good clothes there as well! Also we put them away so they will be new for the next cruise and not worn out thats another tip as well that way you wont have to buy that many either unless you have a bunch of money which me and Annie dont have! :ohmy: So we have to Recycle! LOL! :laugh: And welcome and glad to see you posting My friends! :wink2:

I mostly wear my bathing suit during the day and I have many cover ups that look like short dresses. I have quite a few of them. They are so cute you can even wear them to the dining room for lunch and get away with it.............

I like Chadwicks, online (http://www.chadwicks.com), and/or Ann Taylor Loft. Both have cute, affordable clothes, Chadwicks is a bit cheaper.

I shop at Dillards at the end of the summer. Their clothing is normally expensive but at the end of the season, they have 75% off sales and they have gorgeous stuff.

Rita bought the blue gown she is wearing for our profile photo at Dillards in Tampa right before we left for our last cruise. It was originally $350 and she paid $70.

Wow, great prices all. I will check out their websites. I am basically looking for swimsuit coverups, I live in them between the pool and spas during cruising days. I will always pick up a great deal on a dining room outfit though. Thanks

jaschem1, I picked up two coverups at Dillards that were 45.00 originally and I ended up paying about 9 dollars. They were 75% off and then one day , they had an extra 30% off clearance. They're cute enough to wear as dresses. I always keep an eye open for their ads in the paper. Do you have a Dillards where you are?

No, we do not have a Dillards, but we have other major department stores and boutiques... our Macy's is really nice. I always check the online stores for sales and of course, I look when I go shopping on islands, etc.
