Cruise passenger pleads guilty

USA Today had a disclaimer so I can't copy it. Gist of story is:

Cruise passenger found with all kinds of drugs on the ship: meth, ecstasy (or however it's spelled), etc. Passenger actually made pre-arrangements with other passengers to sell the drugs during the cruise.

Long story short, cruise passenger pled guilty earlier this week.

If I recall, was a Holland America ship.

whats scary to me is that he got all this on board to begin with.

Wow, This is becoming a problem; On our last two cruises on Carnival we had people down the hallway doing drugs and selling, We did mention this but nothing happen, so when we cleared customs I mention this to the officer who got the dogs out and starting sniffing hand carry off baggage!

The war on drugs, We lost this war a long time ago!

Good question: How did they get the drugs on the ship in the first place?
