COMPLETE REVIEW

Been a while since I have sailed from PC. New terminals, very, very ick access for our VIFP 8 night cruise. We breezed right through embarkation. My wife is deteriorating, and I requested wheelchair help. By the time we checked in, in the VIP area the wheelchair was there. Gentleman carted her all the way to guest services here we rented a wheelchair for the week via Care vacations. They put it on our S&S account for 125 with a 50 dollar deposit. Got that refunded when I returned the wheelchair.

As Platinum, our cabin was ready right away. Very nice change from our last 2 cruises where you had to wait until 1:30. nice OV forward. Worked out great for us.

Ryan was our cabin steward and did a great job.

First 2 days were at sea and I had a lot of fun. Just drinking some beer and checking out the ship. Guys burgers is there now midship deck 9 near the pool. Had a couple and were good. Didn't beat the burritos on the other side of the ship. I had breakfast burritos and burritos for lunch lso. They were very good!

Dining room was decent. They told me I couldn't wear shorts on formal night so I went to change.....lol......steaks were not good.

Room service was a mess on 2 of 3 times. I ordered a loin sandwich and got pastrami. I ordered another night with cheesecake and 2 peanut and butter sandwiches and got a grilled Rueben and chocolate milk with peanut butter in a little dish. Go figure.

Aruba was our first port. We went to Eagle beach. $ 13 for 2 people and city bus was 1.50 or so we were told. The walk from the ship on the pier was short. My wife made the walk ok. Nice port and we had a great time on the beach under palm trees. It sure wa windy however it seems like it is a lot in Aruba and Curacao.

Curacao, we did a toru for 20pp. Went by the rum factory and seaquarium. They would also drop you at a beach and it was up to you to get back to the ship. Pretty cool and again winds were blowing at 28 an hour.

Grand Turk, we spent the day at Margarittaville. Great burger and a lot of fun. Wife had nachos that were good also.

All in all a great trip. Some great conversations with my wife. Met some cool people. Relaxed. Everything you need in a cruise.

Debarkation was smooth. We initially left from dock 6 and returned to 1. They bused us over.

I knw I did not go indepth and anything special however if there are any question feel free to ask.

Not sure of the next cruise. Possible 3 nighter from PC. This was a last minute deal, suppose to be a celebration of a new job but somehow that fell through at the last minute, so i said screw it and drown my sorrows....lol.....

Thanks for the great review, Harry! So glad you had a nice cruise! Sorry about the "new" job. Hope something even better comes up for you.
