  1. Remember S Florida can be cool in winter & once in a while the Western Caribbean gets what the locals call El Notre, a cool north wind.
  2. If I were you and you are happy with your present price, cabins and date and only unhappy with your TA, I would keep what you have. I my opinion you don't have a bad deal and I don't think the price will drop anymore if it does it probably be for new bookings only. On your next booking get a new TA, but for this one stick with what you have. Thats my advice is don't shot yourself in the foot. Relax and get rid of all this stress.
  3. Shari, Great Pix, they brought many memories from my land vacation in Hawaii. Hope to try a cruise their someday.
  4. It seems to me that the TA you have is more concerned about their commission than your welfare. I have stopped using brick & mortar TA's for that reason and book all my trips online. Sorry TA's who are members or read these postings. I have only found a few that I would deal with again. Their are some good ones but let the buyer beware.
  5. Welcome to CruiseCrazies, coopstlou!!!
  6. Bon Voyage TheSkipper!!!! May you have flat seas and sunny skys.
  7. I think so. Call one up and ask, you definitely need a new TA.
  8. You guys are right I should have said $60 to $75 per couple. And what the hay, if you enjoy paying for the atmosphere thats what you cruise for!!! I guess I just don't like the idea, whats next, a pay show???
  9. Bon Voyage TheSkipper!!!! May you have flat seas and sunny skys.
  10. I decorate mine with a bottle of Champagne & two glasses.
  11. Le Bistro now $20pp. Maxims $25.00pp., plus you have to add the value of the meal you didn't eat (my guess about $60 to $75 +tip)to get the true cost. I did eat in the Le Bistro on the Norwegian Spirit and really did not think it was worth the extra charge. Thats my opinion and I'm sticking to it!
  12. Great Link JohnG I bookmarked it for next year. ( If I can find another Alaska deal) hehehe
  13. I just did the same for my upcoming 10/10/05 RCI Majesty Of The Seas I booked this weekend. First one on this board to return can tell us all how check-in went. By the way jbond
  14. I never check. When I book the prices, I pay are so low I can't figure how the Cruise Lines can make money. So I am very happy with the price I get and am not going to get greedy. I know all of you reading this think I'm nuts, bet remember my dates are flexible and only book super good deals. I'm signed up for emails with all the Cruise Lines & TA's on the INTERNET and sort through them daily. When I see an offer I can't refuse I book!!
  15. Be careful in port. Sometimes when they wash the windows all the balcony furniture gets wet so if the doors are open guess what??? On the Norwegian Spirit we quickly learned to take in the pads off the chairs and bring them inside. LOL
