 Last July I took a cruise aboard the voyager of the seas from Bayonne, New Jersey. It was a beautiful sunny day, Our cruise was set to embark at 5:00, when an announcement came on stating "Due to Food supply the cruise will not begin embarkation until 7:00" which was fine by me, as I had more time to view the New York Skyline, as I looked overboard I saw crates being loaded aboard, which I thought was the extra supply. Then 7:00 came along, and nothing happened, finally by 8:25 the motors began to run, it seemed we were finally off, We had finally embarked by 9:00. It seemed odd that we didn't leave earlier as the ship seemed ready to go by 7:00. I thought whatever, the cruise had left, everything was great!! I went out and enjoyed my first night, at about midnight I finally came back to the cabin, I flipped on the TV and CNN came on, I saw the headline "Cruise ship Delay!!!", and I saw the picture of the voyager of the seas, It said that the delay was because of the fact that we were head on with Tropical Storm Frances, That worried me,and the fact that there were huge waves crashing against the ship, I went to sleep, then the news had spread, we had a bumpy cruise, but It still was great!!
