  1. Two years ago I went there, from the port we took the bus' provided by the line, which was great because we had a great tour, and a great driver, it wasn't very far at all!
  2. Last July I took a cruise aboard the voyager of the seas from Bayonne, New Jersey. It was a beautiful sunny day, Our cruise was set to embark at 5:00, when an announcement came on stating "Due to Food supply the cruise will not begin embarkation until 7:00" which was fine by me, as I had more time to view the New York Skyline, as I looked overboard I saw crates being loaded aboard, which I thought was the extra supply. Then 7:00 came along, and nothing happened, finally by 8:25 the motors began to run, it seemed we were finally off, We had finally embarked by 9:00. It seemed odd that we didn't leave earlier as the ship seemed ready to go by 7:00. I thought whatever, the cruise had left, everything was great!! I went out and enjoyed my first night, at about midnight I finally came back to the cabin, I flipped on the TV and CNN came on, I saw the headline "Cruise ship Delay!!!", and I saw the picture of the voyager of the seas, It said that the delay was because of the fact that we were head on with Tropical Storm Frances, That worried me,and the fact that there were huge waves crashing against the ship, I went to sleep, then the news had spread, we had a bumpy cruise, but It still was great!! Joshua Brady,
  3. Just wondering, is it his first time sailing Alaska, if so he'll have some surprises ahead of him, One morning I woke up and looked out my balcony and I saw a whale " Breaching", right up in the middle of the air, it was incredible!!
  4. It's ridiculous really, they were doing that for their own good, sailing through a hurricane is no fun anyways, last year I sailed through tropical storm frances, and it was quite gloomy, and everyone seemed kind of sick, as the boat was particularly rocky. :undecided:
  5. I'll tell ya, if I had to go to canada instead of bermuda, I wouldn't be to pleased myself!
  6. There are just sooo many great feelings, like leaving your street, looking back at your house "I'm finally gone"! And stepping onto your balcony for the first time is truly undescribable!
  7. That will affect tourism, as far as I know it is a fairly spectacular reef that was affected, hopefully it'll recover!

  11. The First day of the cruise, what is your favourite part of waiting, is it the drive to the airport, is it the waiting in the airport, is it waking up that moring (if you can get to sleep), is it loading the plane, or aboard the plane, or waiting in the cruise terminal?  Once you are aboard, is it the first time in your cabin, the fire drill, exploring the vesses, or the first dinner, the first sleep aboard? What is your favourite part, Why?
