Thanks j-bond thats good Info I knew they had enough for roundtrip and their crising speed just like race car drivers they average out how much they will need to make the Race, I didnt know what kind of fuel they used :shocked: i thought it was Diesel since they have diesel engines I thought! So thats why fuel charges havent been passed on to us!

TIM, They Fuel up before leaving For the cruise have you ever seen the fuel Tanker Trucks at Dockside? Most of the foreign ports dont have the facilities or equipment to fuel there unless its a major Port! :wink: At Least they do in Galveston and they have enpugh fuel for round trip and sometimes they dont run both Engines at full so that saves too! :wink: And while docked they use their Generators and maybe one engine running sometimes! I was told this one time by the Captain of The Rhapsody Of The Seas! Hope this answers most of your question! :wink: Sorry about your team and Joey whupping up on you! As Long as they stay away from our October Caribbean Cruise, we got knocked out of it Last Year :wink: Hopefully not this Year but that goes with sailing in Hurricane Season its gotten a late start this year!

James have you noticed what kind of Security they Have! :rolleyes: Me being in Law enforcement and being curious about their training and way of doing security onboard I was told that they werent to get involved with the passengers or interfere unless there was such a severe problem and then only to notify the Head of Security and they have no training at all like Law Enforcement does!And to stay out of the way just observe and report! So I guess they are staying out of the way when such a tragic accident happens! So we have to be vigilant even on a cruise for these things ourselves now! :shocked:

My sympathys to the Families! :cry: Eventually the cruise lines will put up railings so high you cant look over them or be able to see the ocean and then raise the railings on the Balconies or put solid plastic from the deck to the railing!

Hey Rick 6 Days for you Sir! :grin: I bet you are doing the double check about now! :wink: Remember to set your Water Heater on Vacation so it wont come on all the time unless someones staying there,set some timers on your lights and if your tv has one set it to come on at your usual times to watch tv and for it to go Off you probably do this , dont forget to stop the mail and paper if no one picks it up!
