Theres hardly no one here alot of co-workers took the day off. Its supposed to be near 50 today.

good morning bon bon, hope you got all your sleep last night, you were pretty tired!

Janet, what do you stuff peppers with? Cheese???

I take a piece of provolone cheese and wrap prosciutto around it, cut the stem out of the pepper and put it in, then I put them back in the jar and use some of the juices, a little oil and garlic and Ill let it sit in that until tomorrow when I serve them.

And not like I dont have enough to do, I got a request last night for turtles so I have to go back to the candy store and get more stuff.
