Nov 5,06 Freedom Cruise

I can only carry over 40 hours vacation and no personnel days so I took a ph tomorrow and leave a hour early today then I'm back on tuesday.

Snow tomorrow they say anywhere from 2 to 8 inches what a guess!!

That is one of the main reasons I dont like going out on new years, I cannot remember the last time we had good weather on that day, and the very last time I went out, the windchill was 10 below zero and we called a cab for two hours and couldnt get one and the bar closed, we ended up stealing someone elses cab just to get home, that was it for me, I havent gone out on new years since.

Tommy, what is your opinion about the non-counting of posts?

I still like it here...feel it is very unhostile and I don't give a crap about how many posts I have..if I want my balcony I go play games :) Or chat with other cruisers!

My personal opinion is it isnt fair, we are on a cruise board and we are posting on a roll call thread because we have booked a cruise so why not get credit for posting, but in long run it doesnt bother me at all, who cares what your post count is, I dont understand what the big deal is about it.

(I guess I can say that cause I have a suite, lol)

yea....i used to be DD on New years and it was always so stinkin cold..like the coldest night of the year so I would just leave my vehicle running all night so we could be warm while bar hoping!

I kinda like staying home now :)

Its just easier to stay home and if your not out in a group its no fun anyway, I like having a party at my house the best, dont have to go anywhere!

My opinion of the not counting posts is I think it sucks a post is a post no matter were it is. Being fair has nothing to do with it. Will it stop me from posting here heck no you people are my friends and there's worst things in this world to be stubborn about :grin:
