Haven't been to Sapphire in years so I really can't comment on it. We did like it. Never been to Megan's Bay, too commercial for us. We usually go to Coki Beach but that has gotten pretty crowded in the last few years as the secret has gotten out.

Haven't been to Tortola but would love to go anywhere new.
