Favorite Shore Trip - MAZATLAN, MEXICO

I am headed to Mazatlan next week and would like to get everyone's opinion of what you did that you like and other things that you would pass on after doing it. .

Each time we've been there we've hired a taxi driver and had him show us his island. We negotiated the price before we got in the cab. We told him NO SHOPPING, NO RESTAURANTS. We always found another couple to share the expense. Each time was better and better. Seeing the countryside from their enthusiasm was fabulous.

Last time we were there (I think we've been there 3 or 4 times), we walked to the lighthouse, missions and outdoor market. I liked doing that. My husband (the non-exerciser) wanted to kill me.
