The only bet Jeff had made so far is when we played the Patriots earlier here in Charlotte. We won. Not them!! LOl SO therefore Jeff won. Oh and Joey he said he will collect one day with you. LOL Then they bet for next years game it was the winner has to wear the losers jersey for a period of time. LOL

Gina you are so right when you say Disney has priced them selves out of budget. I think the cruises are just wonderful but not worth the money anymore. Our first one was a great price and we were thrilled with the price but now the 2007 prices are crazy.

We have sailed out of there 4 times out of our 5 cruises thus far. We love PC. It is at most an hour from PC. Normally about 45 minutes. Two hours might be what they say when you are flying in and taking a cruise shuttle. This would allow enough time to get off the plane, find your luggage and go to the shuttle. The shuttle might have to pick up at more than one spot and with all of that it might be a total of 2 hours form the time you get off the plane until you reach the port. The port opens at 10:30. If you are there before that you should be let off at your terminal. We normally go down the day before and stay at the Radisson at the Port. They have a shuttle you can use. If you have a vehicle you can park for free in a designated area. Normally you can make a reservation for the shuttle at the time you are making room reservations. Remember that you can get the free parking without buying the cruise room package. That is a waste of money.

I have sailed with DCL three times. If you know anything about Disney only the decore is different in their two ships. We sailed until we felt we had finally completed everything of interest fo us. Now I am not saying I would not sail them again just not anytime soon.

This will be the first time we haven't flown all the way to Florida to cruise (usually cruise on Disney.) I am SO looking forward to not having to spend a whole day dealing with airports and hassles, and paying for a hotel, and especially paying for airfare! I wish we had some shorter cruise options out of Galveston -- but then I would be cruising too much (is there such a thing??) also. :grin: Anyways, to drag this back on topic, I thought of something else I make sure I pack -- chip clips for the shower curtain! They weigh it down and keep it from sticking to you, which to me is like having cob webs on you. I hate it. :smiley: -gina- GIna I have been on DCL 3 times now. I love those ships.

I have to agree with Janet and Tammy. I wish I could pay my mortgage with my credit card. I love the rewards. Tommy, Janet and I decided that we were goign to try to post signs for me to follow so I will not get lost so much. This ship is so large. For some reason the only four places I can find are, the restaurant, the pool, the bars and the shopping area. Wish it was as easy to find my room. I nee another drink. It is cocktail time.

Did you see where the guy was bringing out drinks a minute ago and he danced and put his tray with the drinks on a pole and was dancing and spining them all at the same time? Very cool.
