Up to now Largest Ship Solstice. 122,000 tons or so.
Although I would like to try an RCL ship - just for a shot at the rock wall and flow rider.
I figure I can have fun doing those as well as the regular ship activities.
Well there are some cruise records that i try to keep intact.
Like winning a t shirt each cruise.
Like making sure I work out every day.
Like bringing on things that keep my ship's tab under $20.
Like seeing if they allow me to bring back bottles from each stop on the ship without taking anything away. Last trip was 7 bottles in the back pack right to the room.
Like trying to use all the clothes I did pack.
Like trying to be friendly to as many people as I can.
Like being nice to the crew and writing follow up thank you notes while on ship and after to the home office.
Like write an extensive cruise review.
other than a table mix up with a group cruise I don't think anything has been a big problem. At least not of a crew or staff problem...
Well there was that one girl on cruise staff from Celebrity one time.
Nice. I have only gotten through 3 sets and they are just as I remember the Solstice.
One thing I do wish Celebrity did was alter the color in the main lobby area for each ship.
Funny thing about that - wife had big tooh problem the day the ship was leaving.
Lucky it was a NYC departure and we were in Jersey.
She got home and we were at the ship by 2pm.
Just about the latest we ever boarded.
Yes. And like above - no elevators... Well maybe one a trip.
Walk everywhere.
On Solstice I was on Deck 6 and all games were on 14 lawn - a long walk up and down.
Yes. I do wish they had this more often in the MDR on a sea dat about 2pm or even at lunch as a demo as they served about the cooking demo area - what they were making.
