I've only been on 7. But I think I could handle a longer one. But not hubby. He's ready to get off after day 6. I haven't broke it to him that Loco is 8 days...

I'm gonna add my 2 cents...Linda....if I were you I would get your tatoo close to home. That way if there was any problem you would be nearby the person who did it. Just my opinion.....plus...you don't want to do something painful on your vacation do you?!?

yeah....Jeannette is my bud. Right now they are planning on going....but if Kevin decides to go back to active duty (he's in the Army), that could change. They're supposed to be going on Loco too. I'm hoping he stays reserves. He's already done 3 tours of Iraq. But he's Army through and through. I think he's missing it.

I think that Kevin and Jeannette are coming too. Do we have to book this early? I'd like to see us wait a bit and see who else hops on board. Or those that want to can go ahead and book Desert Rose and we'll see what happens. I can't swing booking right now...hospital bills and all. I'm thinking Oct., Nov.

Mine is kinda corny...... Our cruise last year was much awaited for....I had been looking forward to it and dreaming about it for a year. One of the things I would daydream about was having coffee in the morning on my private balcony. We didn't have a balcony on our first cruise. So that first morning after we sailed I took my coffee, juice and pastry out to the balcony and was sitting out there watching the world sail by and it hit me....my dream is here!!! Then I started bawling. Hubby peeked out to see about me and found me crying. He asked me what was wrong and all I could say was "I'm so happy....I'm having coffee on my balcony..." He looked at me like I was crazy but smiled anyways. Except for the crying part, *LOL*, I repeated the coffee on the balcony every day for the rest of the cruise.

Tim.....I got teary eyed just reading this. That was VERY cool!!! What a tribute for those sailors and a treat for the rest of the ship!

let's give it a couple of days......let all the girls put in their ideas of song (Although I do like the STOP idea) and if we get more than one suggestion we'll do a poll of the whole board on what they think we should do. Good idea?
