Need help re: luggage locks/ straps

We never used to lock ours. My hubby said anyone who wanted could really get into the bags anyway. We try not to put anything really valuable in the bags. We always use colored luggage straps to keep the bags from opening and to spot them better. For our last cruise, we did buy the TSA locks. As jacketwatch says, they aren't a 100% solution either.

We bought the TSA locks a few months ago since we had to fly twice this year. Got mine in Target. Security checked Howie's bag and left us a note and relocked the bag.

That's great to know, thanks! I didn't have any idea Target, WalMart, etc., would sell the locks so that will save me a lot of time/trouble. Now we just have to fit everything in our bags w/out exceeding the weight limit! :grin:

Yep! so tell me becky while i have you psoting... when do you get to Barcelona? Will you be staying overnight in either barcelona or venice NOW... for the group page do you mind telling us which stateroom and late or early seating BTW where are you guys from?.....

So many questions! I'll try not to bore you with too many details! :smiley:

We won't be arriving in Barcelona until the day we sail & unfortunately won't be staying over in either Barcelona or Venice. This trip is actually a gift given to me by my employer for 30 yrs service. Lucky for DH he was included in the deal for 30 yrs tolerance! :smiley:

We are fortunate to have our best friends travelling with us. We're all from a very small town called Poquoson - which is about 30 miles from Virginia Beach. We're in cabin 2033 and they're in 2029 and we have early seating for dinner.

The 2 gentlemen in our group have previous travel experience overseas but this will be new territory for us ladies. I feel so fortunate to have stumbled onto your site w/all it's knowledge & information. The support you offer everyone is truly a wonderful thing.
