You need to be good in all those areas but GREAT at customer service. For me thats the difference. The food, shows, amenities, destinations and so on have to be good but nothing can ruin a vacation more than bad CS.

Incredible customer service which translates to paying your staff well and treating them well. Nothing worse than staff turnover. Which is not cost effective in this day and age. Most reason given for why people even begin to look for another job is "how my boss treats me". Second, "I need more money".
