    Thanks Jbond for the info. We travel two days ahead of our cruise so we can just make adjustments and buy things we need at the port of embarkation.

    We did a full day tour of Barbados and saw Harrison Cave, Bathsheba Beach, and went swimming with the sea turtles after touring the island. As all ports you need to get away from the dock and ask to see the real island. Once you get away from Bridgetown it wasn't as dirty and there was alot of pretty scenery.

    I have heard from many that the ship is the destination and if the bigger ships are limited to where they can port then maybe the ship will become first choice over ports.

    Booking one of these bigger ships is not on my list of to do's unless we get a deal with a large group traveling together.

    I agree with Jbond, where are the safegards! It must have been devastating for the person that was held responsible, knowing the error hurt people.
