I'm so frustrated..I need help

Do you have a cell phone? If so, just use it, it's not that much. I used mine from Boston and the charges were hardly any different than if I used it back in Canada.

What do you need the transportation for? To a hotel, to the airport, some place else? You can buy airport shuttle tickets on the ship.

I called two places that we can get phones from..and its $99.00 for a pay as you go phone...plus the card you add so a $ 25.00 card...

We don't have the use onc and ditch phones..

Will see if I can get a shuttle to pick us up..even if we have to call from a phone both.. if we pre-pay for it.. why wouldn't they let us??

Not like we won't show up.. :undecided:

Ann - trying calling your hotel and ask who they suggest - they may come up with something totally different.

hazelson had an idea that inspired me. If the FLL hotel does not have a shuttle from MIA, why not take the ship's shuttle to FLL and take a cab or hotel shuttle form FLL. It may be a little inconvenient but it will probably be less expensive.

Does the hotel have a shuttle from FLL?

Did you call the hotel and ask if they have a shuttle that will pick you up? We did that in Canaveral and the hotel that was in Cocoa Beach picked us up at the teminal and took us to the hotel.......I am sure the hotels know what time the ships come in and could be there waiting

I'm sure if you called the Hotel they could send a minivan or shuttle to pick you up...Might be a small fee..but a lot cheaper than a limo...and probably A lot less stress on you..I am jealous..I have No Idea when we get to go again...I was hoping to go in April..but Hubby is building a New Barn..so there goes my Cruise MOney...sniff sniff..lol

Are you certain that your Canadian cell phone won't work in the States? Usually there's a stiff roaming charge, but the phones can be programmed to work on another network. That would be less hassle than the other choices listed here, eh!
