I just had a major scare

Well I just went onto carnival website to do my fastpass ...and as soon as I logged in it said "Your cruise has been cancelled." I immediately called orbitz ...and they knew nothing about it..so the rep called carnival and got it straightened out and rebooked..nothing changed "Thank God" but just kind of scared me ..and I asked her howcome I wasn't notified..she explained that Orbitz knew nothing about it until I called...luckily I went online today and found it..otherwise I would have been waiting for my DOCS and they would have never shown up..... :huh:

It pays to trust but verify.... Great catch glad you got it cleared up.. that was scary....

We used orbitz to book our last cruise also..never had a problem...It just freaked me out for a moment...I cant get ahold of hubby so I had to vent to someone...sorry...but thanks for listening.... :undecided:

oh I will be checking it everyday...they charged me twice for booking fees...now I have to wait and get my cc statement and show them they overcharged me and they will reimburse me....this is really starting to scare me
