As for the wristbands, I don't think 18 - 20 year olds have to wear them.

You're right, Kevin. They don't wear them because they're not part of any program. It kind of goes back to my point about that age group.

Now on NCL, I remember, they punched a hole in the underaged persons cruise card.

When we sailed on Thomson Destiny (nee - Song of America), Aaron my son had his date of birth on his cruise card. The staff were very strict on ensuring that no underage people drank.
