I also take a notepad and pen and keep a daily journal of what we did everyday on the cruise. When we get home and I put the photo album together, I type everything up that's in the journal and put it in the back of the photo album. One of our silliest rituals is to always stop at the exact same gas station on the way to the port to fill up the tank. Just because of coincidence, on the first two cruises we took, we needed gas and stopped at the same gas station. So now we always stop and get gas at that same station.

We watched it!! "According to Jim" is one of our favorite shows and I had read last month that they were filming on the Disney ship. We loved being able to see the views of the water from the islands; the water was simply beautiful!! We really enjoyed the show; of course, anything having to do with a cruise ship usually makes it great!

We rode the tramway (actually a gondola) to the top of the mountain when we sailed on the Pride. The view is simply spectacular!!!!! It's THE most beautiful sight I have ever seen, that's for sure!! And the gondola ride is fun, too!!

I also say St. Thomas. I think I'd recognize the Paradise Point Tramway anywhere!! My favorite island is St. Thomas, and what a view from the top of that tram!!

That was fantastic!!!! When she went under that bridge, she looked awfully close!! Of course, it could have just been the camera angle. When she docked, she gave three long blasts of her horn!!! Just too cool!!!!!!!!

I also love the decorating shows; While You Were Out, Trading Spaces and Clean Sweep. I have spent the last 3 months redecorating the house, with new curtains, wallpaper border and pictures on the walls, with the palm tree-lighthouse-seashell-ocean theme. As for music, we love to relax by listening to Yanni. We also love steel drum/reggae music. I love country music, with Kenny Chesney and Shania Twain being my absolute favorites!! I spend my days in the summertime floating on a raft in my pool listening to steel drum music!! Our very favorite vacation is a cruise, although they are hard to plan right now with our son being in high school and we don't want him to miss school. But every year we take three 4-night vacations to the beach; right after school ends, right before school starts and then in October. Our favorite place to go is the gulf coast, the Treasure Island/St. Pete Beach area. Our dream is to live there someday!!

We have followed the Florida Marlins since the beginning, and would love to be able to take this cruise. Unfortunately, our son would miss school and since he'll be in 10th grade Honors classes, we don't want him to do that (which is why we don't have any cruise booked right now either ). This sounds like a lot of fun; wish we could go.
