Thanks Crazies for the warm sendoff! This will be our first Panama Canal transit and longest cruise ever (16 days). We're looking forward to celebrate the holidays onboard the ship and most important, the warm weather! LOL See you all when we get back next year!

I just heard that the Mercury currently has an outbreak of norovirus. They are in code red. We are on their next sailing next week and a little stressed. Wish us luck!

I would definitely cruise solo in a heartbeat! :grin: Actually, I've cruised solo without my family 5 times. My daughter is still in school so someone has to stay home with her. I don't like paying double fare, but the best sailings are usually during school time!

I may be interested in a CC 2008 Alaska cruise depending on date, itinerary and cost. My preference would be a Celebrity transition cruise in May or September.
