On Board Couples Games

My DH would never, never, never, do that. He won't even play the ordinary trivia type games. I had to draaaaaggggg him kicking & screaming to the "classic rock" trivia game on Mille last year. I got him there because that his his speciality. And sure enough, we smoked the competition!!

Most of the time the cruise staff gets to know me in the first few days as I like to participate in activities. Thus they will pick the active ones.

I would, but I would never be able to get Tony up there, we also don't sit in the front of the Theatre for the same reason, just in case that call him up, ......he likes to be as inconspicuous as possible.

We've never played the couples games, but on my first cruise (I was single then) back in 1979, I was called up on stage to be the heroin in a skit. I had to yell out, "help, help, save me." In a turn of events the hero and villain shot me at the end, and I had to fall down on stage. It was my acting debut. LOL I must have done OK because the rest of the week people were always saying, "great job Mary." Mary was the heroin's name in the skit. LOL

I was sitting in the front rows, and when I saw the cruise director calling a gentleman up on stage, I was going to get up and leave, but he called on me before I could get out the door. LOL When he asked me questions about where I was from, etc, he also asked me why I didn't want to be up there, and I told him I had to go to the bathroom. The truth! Everyone in the room just roared. You had to be there, I guess! LOL
