Jackie we had been talking 8pm Barcelona time..

I think maybe we as a group need to discuss timing to make sure everyone agrees .. In fact i think we should try and get a fresh headcount....so when Tonia does contact who ever she will at least know a better idea of what to expect..

ideas? comments? what do you guys think we should do ?

Catching up on postings now that we are back home from our camping trip. We are still interested in participating in the dinner. 8 pm is fine with us (but we are arriving sooner than everyone else. Seems that since there will be a large group of us that it would be better to show up at La Villa at the very beginning of the "dinner hour". But we can go with the flow and whatever everyone agrees on.

We are really getting close and the excitement is slowly growing!!! In all honesty as much as I feel that a group dinner sounds like it would be wonderful - there may just be too many of us in the group to have a gathering in the middle of a noisy restaurant. For whatever it's worth I think that having drinks before and breaking into smaller groups for dinner would be a better way to get to know one another than sitting at tables and getting to know just those who are sitting beside and across from you.

Does anyone else have any ideas???

Let's get a fresh head count for La Villa and also the input of those attending with regard to the time to meet - especially those who fly in on the 28th. How do you and Tonia want to go about this....

That's what I thought regarding your tour. I am going to let Tom decide which he wants to do - Private VS Ships and book in the next few days.

I am playing in a golf tournament Monday and Tuesday so after that I should be able to get finished on the booking details. Sure wish we were going to be there with you all at the dinner. You all will have a big head start over the few of us that are arriving on departure day. We hope we can catch up with you once on board.

Jackie, we usually take an Ambien after dinner on the plane and get "some" sleep. I also take ear plugs to cut down on the noise around us. Printed out the list of things you can or can not take on board from the TSA site. We all may arrive with bad breath and BO :shocked: but I guess all will be in the same condition.

I will see if i can make the group page more "printable" then everyone can print a copy and have shipboard room assignments so they can call or knock knock knock..(or in Celebrity's case) ding dong

If we all were to meet for beverages and hellos then Afterwards the ones that were hungry could get a bite to eat, the ones that are exhausted could go back to the hotel and rest, and those that wanted to see more of Barcelona could do that..

I like the flexibility of that .. what do you guys think...
